The Workshop at Factory 51 is Coorparoo’s most distinctive corporate function venue — a converted red-brick warehouse with genuine atmosphere and a kitchen that takes food seriously. THE VENUE

The Workshop Function Room

From an intimate group of 10 through to 180 standing, The Workshop accommodates corporate events in varying sizes and styles. Guests arrive down a private lit laneway — already a step above a standard hotel ballroom. Inside: cavernous ceilings, exposed brick, festoon lighting and a signature crystal chandelier above polished concrete floors.

The space is fully equipped: ceiling-mounted projectors, electronic screen, wireless microphone, surround sound, private marble bar, alfresco terrace with retractable roof, high bars, lounge seating and handmade timber dining tables.

Restaurant-quality Italian food. Not an outside caterer.

The kitchen produces handmade Italian cuisine from scratch throughout your event — cocktail canapés, antipasti boards, shared feasting menus, alternate drop and day delegate packages. Made in-house by the same team running the restaurant every night.
